1. I am a lucky man. (not German).

Nijmegen has a very good setlist (I like Darkness), Mönchen Gladbach an outstanding setlist.

Unfortenately not any sign of a Nijmegen recording.

  2. definetely a Must have

i have the Crystal Cat version .. can i get in as well? hehehe
  3. What's the greatest few versions ever performed of this song?

  4. it's not something i'm a fan of - i could happily never hear it again, i think it was the reunion tour version that put me off

  5. I wasn't a fan of it much either, until Bruce actually played it at one of my shows (Hanging Rock 1). The way it came about from a sign request and the way he played it made me a fan. It might not be the greatest version (seems pretty great to me, but I could be biased), but it was terrific on the night as an electric solo performance and his voice was terrific, there had been some average vocals on in a few songs prior to this one. Probably actually one of the better songs I saw played in my four WB shows.

Also, on that last show, don't get me wrong, it was a different (good) setlist, but does anyone else think it is a little disjointed in terms of what songs are placed where? I mean Murder Inc > Human Touch > Open All Night? Really? Spirit in the Night > Wrecking Ball?
  6. now in Guitars101 a lot of bruce from 1978 ....

IDK about you but I'm counting about 15 songs that anybody casually paying for a ticket to Bruce Springsteen would be at the very least familiar with.

This is a great show, though.

clearly the opening pair would be a total mystery to them as no doubt so would back in your arms. Though there was a time when he claimed roulette was a mystery to him and it didn't exist. I have no problem with the casual fans i just don't think Bruce should be/should have been playing to them.
