  1. ^^ exactly. I am still in trial and error-mode regarding the battery settings. What I found out at this concert is that I won't use these settings again . But it's amazing what post-production can do.

    Yeah, the bass roll-off isn't useful (it's even harmful) most times, almost everything it does can be done at post-pro and with better and more controlled results. There are very few times when bass roll-off should be actually used - for example when the bass is extremely bumpy or prominent at the venue (although changing location might be the way to go instead of applying the roll-off) or when there's a certain kind of wind. The rest of the times, an excess of bass in the final recording can be removed at post-pro!

    Anyway, ferrari, I don't think that loftarasa has much/anything to do with a supposed 3rd Rome bootleg

    Ok, so I'm not mistaken - I think ferrari is talking about the Rome show, that's why I tried to solve the confussion haha.
  8. Indeed, I meant the Rome show. The second recording needs some extra bass and then it will be a very good recording.

    Downloaded Hannover, friday evening I am going to listen it or maybe Mönchengladbach again, I love that concert.

    This is the first version of the show using CA14 omni mics, the sound is pretty good but it's not the best sounding source. This time I had 3 sets of mics on my hat (a baseball hat and the mics were on the outside, quite easy to spot, thank god that in Spain security is not very tight.... I could get some advice from other tapers as to how to hide mics inside a cap..., as much as I have searched and made test at home I don't seem to find the key to it).

    This is for all my friends who couldn't make it this time to the show, and to all the tapers who have shared their masters of this tour over the past year. Thanks so much!!!
