How do you guys feel about Lonesome Day? I think along with The Rising, it's the best song Bruce has put out in the last 15 years.
BITUSA was acoustic, the rest of the set wasn't. Sorry that was meant to be next to the opener. He came out alone and played BITUSA solo acoustic, and then the lights dropped and the rest of the E Street Band came out and burst into War. This was 8 years ago in March, and they opened in that fashion cause it was the day the USA began the war on terror and Bruce wasn't too pleased about that..
Lonesome Day and The Rising are two amazing tracks, that whole album is amazing. IMO easily his best work since Born in the USA came out in 84.
