Goddamn that song was beaten to death when "Jerry Maguire" was a hit, haha.
  9. Looks like a quality show, can't wait to see what ade has to say. Plenty of tracks/outtakes etc so I guess he's assuming most of the people there know his stuff well
  10. that was incredible, 15 songs in before the crap turned up and then only two of them (shackled and sunny day i can live with) and little in the way of messing about songs, no twist and shout, no light of day, no american land, no glory days. i swear you could feel the relief from the front when no surrender came out early. Sound was great - not keen on the venue, though the sound was better than most, not keen on some of the people in it to be honest - leeds, after all these years, still has the same idiots who think they should shout out during quieter bits - should i fall behind - i know it's not my favourite song but i've paid to listen to him not you. God bless whoever had the thundercrack sign, i've waited nearly thirty years for that song - if we are being pedantic above that should say UK PREMIERE, secret garden should say TOUR PREMIERE, EUROPEAN PREMIERE, i told clover yesterday i thought it might come. knew we weren't getting the river (don't think anyone is) when roulette opened but i thought we were getting WIESS until thundercrack. It desperately needed racing after because the night. It's not the venue for u2, don't ask me why i just get that feeling. Surprised he didn't come on till nearly 8 but if he had to be off by 11 it's ridiculous - at the university up the road that's only just past starting time.
  11. i would have loved to see your changing expression when lights out and ...

    hehe
