1. welcome

so the "hot" september wil be ...

The final 2013 ‘Wrecking Ball’ Dates:
Sept. 12 – Santiago, Chile – Movistar Arena
    Sept. 14 – Buenos Aires, Argentina – Estadio G.E.B.A.
Sept. 18 – Sao Paulo, Brazil – Espaco das Americas
Sept. 21 – Rio de Janeiro, Brazil – Rock in Rio
  2. it's going to be interesting to see what if anything is broadcast out of those four. rock in rio obviously gets tv coverage, buenos aires also quite often and santiago is generally radio friendly but whether bruce and his management will agree is another matter.

the fans in japan, south africa, eastern europe must be wondering what they have to do to get a gig or two.
  3. I saw the Buenos Aires date but I didn't know it wasn't widely known - I would have posted it otherwise. Great, BsAs audience will make up for it, and let's hope like ade says that a proshot/broadcast surfaces!!

i think for most bands/artists the reason they allow broadcast is a) south america is so big that it's virtually impossible to reach all of your fans there in one go and b) the money they receive from the tv companies offsets some of the costs of actually going there and putting on the show. The question is does bruce fall into either category. Since he's only played there on the human rights tour then a) is out as it's not done him any harm apparently and b) he doesn't need the money so the answer is probably no with the possible exception of a portion of rock in rio being shown
  5. Ah, Bruce needs to loosen up and just do it for the fans

  6. It doesn't depend just on him... if at all. It's copyright and management issues mostly...
  7. Bruce has so much say over his own material that none of that even matters.. It'd be all up to him for sure

  8. when asked by sirius radio what they could broadcast on e street radio bruce's reply was "whatever you can find".
  9. that's his spirit not only in the night
i guess everything of that kind pass just through "the american McGuinness", very little through him .. he would say yes to everything
