  8. At least when Bruce asked for quiet on the Devil's and Dust tour in 05 it made for some great audience recordings, even though it was such a stupid thing to ask (for the thousandth time in his career)?

He's just an idiot as far as this goes. He gets it into his head that he's a serious 'artist' not a rock star. Bono did it before springhill mining disaster in 1987 but i think the novelty soon wore off. I think most rock stars would realise how stupid a request it is.

    Doesn't surprise me. Everyone over there seems to have been to a BTR, Darkness or River show, or at least thinks they know everything about every one of those concerts
