1. It was over 3 hours before the main show, I don't think it's included.
  2. So decided to download Cape town2.

The sound quality of the first night seems not so good.
And overall all the offered concerts still not have the same sounds as the best existing boots of Springsteen so far.

But 2nd seems to be much better yet and opening with Free Nelson Mandela is quit a historical moment.

    A technical question:

Normally flac has a better sound quality than mp3. But what about a flac file converted to mp3 comparing to mp3?
  3. ^ probably the same since the "just mp3" you get has been converted from a lossless stream to a lossy one as well. If the flac>mp3 conversion is done with a not-so-good software, then the direct mp3 will be marginally better I think.
  4. in Dylan's country

  5. The Boss is back. Less than 24 hours until Perth. I think they might even be the best shows of the leg, these three. There's just a buzz about them. Time will tell I guess.
  6. Hell yeah! less than a week for me now.
  7. weird and nice Lef mic pic this time

  8. it seems no info at all till now

ground control to Major Dylan ...
  9. In Perth at the moment is Eddie Vedder, Bruce Springsteen and Glen Hansard, so what are chances of bumping into all three ?? I should include all the bands with those lead singers too Moment of Pic or it didn't happen
  10. good chances for Eddie and Hansard, being always at the same venue at the same time

it would be nice they both jump on Bruce's stage --> Drive All Night ..
  11. Dream Baby Dream soundchecked

  12. What do you need to know haha?

It's either Perth or Melbourne if Ed and Glen are going to guest, I want to see it but I sort of just want Bruce to sing all by himself too.. Having said that, I'd rather Ed or Glen than one of the back up singers or Patti
