  1. Indeed you are right, but never say never. Springsteen started at age of 60, only 7 years ago in 2009 with album shows. So U2 are 60 in 2020/2021.

  4. Of course not every record is suitable for a album show. I don't want a hear a full Zooropa.
    In case of Springsteen only BTR, BITUSA, Darkness are regulars and the next tour also The River.

LOL....not me..never liked Zooropa back in '93..and for the first time (since '82) that I stopped listening to U2..and Bruce left the E St band (?!?!?!)...that was actually when i discovered Radiohead and DMB , the following year I heard Live Forever and that was that..Radiohead and Oasis were my top bands then (with DMB).... and I was already a Pearl Jam freak lol...

    U2 back in 2011 should have played all of AB that tour....oh well..back to Bruce lol
  8. Listening to the great Florence gig from June 8th 2003..a friend from this forum reminded me yesterday about how great this show was ...wow...

    here is what BruceBase has to say about this gig...."Available on IEM/aud mix 'Nostro Anniversario' from JEMS/Ev2 - easily one of the best (if not the best) sounding recordings from the tour, with remarkable clarity and instrument separation"

    At the moment listening to The Reunion Tour, my favorite tour of Springsteen, 30 years of great music every concert. 88 diferent songs in year.

    The audio favorites are known by most of the Springsteen fans, MSG 01-07/20-06, LA 23-10, all sounds like official releases. But the next bests like Hartford 08-05, Philly 25-09, Boston 22-08 are also very worthwhile to listen.

    So I am curious of other tour favorites from U2start Springsteen fans.
  10. Yeah I loved those MSG gigs..I went to the last show 07.01.00..I admit I was a bit turned off with the whole 41 shots stuff or I would have attended more of those shows , but I get it..... the reunion tour was indeed amazing...

    The River Tour of 80/81 was insane...I first heard the River in 1980 , I was 14 and snatched my older sisters double lp.....and that was that....

    That show is insane...

    ...plus they have the infamous New Years gig (that my sister attended) in Long Island , 12.31.80...always been a favorite of mine..its available on bruce's site for a reasonable $10..
