It might be but why pay $49 for two discs when I can pay $5 extra and get the DVD on top?

+1, indeed.
Originally posted by drewhiggins:Alright - for those of you not in the Eastern States of Australia, it looks like Universal have delayed the UF deluxe box set by a few days, so it might be an idea to call up JB HiFi in Adelaide (which is where I went for) and put your name down so they can contact you when they've got some copies in. There's about ten of them coming but five pre-ordered so get in quick!
And they should be around $54 when released, and $70 after about a week or two.

What about buying it from their website?
Btw, am currently visiting your fair city. WTF is with this heatwave?

No listing on their site for the CD / DVD package, otherwise I would have. EzyDVD, Sanity, The Muses - they're all out of it or haven't even received their copies yet. If I remember correctly, it was the same with the No Line box set and the Window In The Skies / Saints Are Coming singles - of the latter which I haven't even taken out of the packaging yet.
Did Australia even get the later two singles after Get On Your Boots?
Welcome to Adelaide by the way! As for our heatwave: it's actually not too bad, but it's gonna be getting to 38 or 39 tomorrow and could be high 40s next fortnight. Woohoo!!! I remember going to Mildura in 46 degrees one year and it stayed around that temperature for I think the whole week; hopefully I never have to do that again!
It's just nice right about now - not too hot, not too cold and I'm still debating whether it's worth going out tomorrow in this weather - I've had worse but looking to check out a few places down in town. I know I shouldn't but I'm a bit bored while there's no work going.

At this point it's probably quicker to buy it from Amazon, but if you're really stuck, pm me and we might be able to sort out mailing you a copy from Brisbane. The availability of singles in Oz is ridiculous, I just buy from a great guy in England now and don't even try buying them retail.
As for the weather, I'm back in my apartment in the aircon until I absolutely have to go out tomorrow. I hope it cools down before the Pearl Jam gig next week.

So there's plenty of copies in Brisbane but not Adelaide? Good ol' Adelaide!

I couldn't come across any copies of Magnificent of Crazy in Brisbane. The large retailers - JB's and HMV - said they were scaling back on their single sales and had no intention of stocking U2 singles. iTunes was my only outlet.
