1. Is that an actual quote from mcguinness? i thought you had doctored it for comical effect.
    im quite speechless
  2. McGuiness you fucker (pardon my language).
  3. Anyone easily offended by blunt-language-posts, please do not read further.

As I see it, McGuiness is a corporate-dollarhunting-moneygrabbing-whore, let's not pretend otherwise. But I actually prefer him coming out like this than making up stupid excuses such as "Please don't blame us. Prices need to be this high because of economic circumstances beyond our control".
  4. Well, that isn't nice to brag about. Keep your intentions under the radar, most of us already know them
  5. yeah he just summed his whole persona up to a T with that one paragraph. a fat cat, money grabbing, tycoon tosser...

turned U2 from a band into a corporation...

i'm going to make a point of illegally downloading these remasters now!
  6. i threw up a little when i read that
but i'm equally disgusted with myself knowing that if it has both albums i'll probably buy it

I saw the band many times in '92 (10).The 2 shows that stand out,Boston 03.17.92 and NYC MSG 03.20.92.The Yankee Stadium shows were great as well, but I prefer arena shows to stadium anyday.

A DVD from '92 would also be fantastic.Maybe the famous show from Sweden.I waited 20 years for the Paris gig.I really dont think its unrealistic to at least HOPE, for a full live show of some sort from '92.

Agree word by word. The European leg of 1992 was also amazing. Those first two legs of Zoo TV
  8. I won't buy the super duper box set. Unless there is extra musical material in it. So there will be. Fuck!
  9. Ops.
  10. Ops again.
