    the full thing is only 2 or 3gb but the bitrate is pretty huge and i've no idea how to convert the bugger into something useful

    After several days dowloading the 41 parts on this bootleg, what a surprise when I succedeed to see the show !
    What a beautiful works you did, preparing that for the pleasure of the u2 community
    I really enjoyed discovering this bootleg, and be sure that I will let it know to share it with other friends
    Once again, thanks you guys for all this work and for sharing this beaufiful result with us

    The 41 downloads are time consuming (at least on my laptop) but they are all worth it.
    The final product is nothing short of brilliant.
    Still can't believe this is an audience shot.
  4. So I see you all like this version of U2 Hawaii. A few of us did The Police in Anaheim in HD. You can view my stuff on youtubes new HD video area. Just go to youtube and look me up. I am sbcooler.

    I filmed the close ups of this U2 show (as well as The Police show). And I am currently working night and day for the past 2 months smoothing out every piece of footage and cleaning up both the video and audio in substantial ways with some new material that no one has heard or seen in the mixes. This mix came out a little premature as I am not finished with it, but I am working night and day to do so.

    I hope to have stuff posted by the end of April. In the meantime, glad you all enjoyed it and check back on youtube for my updates:

    This was a fucking work of art! No disputes whatsoever. The best non-pro shot I've ever seen. Just brilliant.
  6. Glad you liked it. I am up all hours of the night now working on giving at least some clips to the finished video. It is quite a bit clearer and less shaky and many of the flickers and corrections that I've made I believe make the video quite a bit better. The audio also is way better than this .mkv version you all have heard.

    I believe I am 2 weeks from finishing this project if all goes well..sorry it took me over 2 years! And maybe another week compressing for youtube and other formats.

    Again check on my sbcooler account on youtube for very clean 720p verions of some cool stuff I am doing with this video. Surely by the end of this month it will be posted and ready for viewing!

    Thx again all for the compliments. This next tour should be interesting and hope to have something even better to show for it. We'll see.

  8. That Police clip from Anaheim is utterly breathtaking mate. That takes audience shot stuff to a whole new level. If you can film some 360 dates like that then I think there will be a few minds blown!!!!
  9. Ok i downloaded each part, extracted fine but i have a folder with 1 md5 file and 1 mkv file which i carnt wacth,,how do you play this gig as none off my players will play it ????


    it appers i can convert it to mp4 but now ive lost the HD if i do that,,,,do i need a to downlode something to play it as ive spent 4 days getting this ???

    VLC player will do: www.videolan.org

    If not, your PC might not be capable enough to play HD.
