  11. someone suggested Barnes & Noble....if not that, a specialty record shop perhaps? I'm not in VA, so I don't know what's there (but I will be in VA/DC for the inauguration!)


  12. I have the same question I don't know about U.S., but here, I can pre-order it at a bookstore, by email, and they deliver it...a bookstore there must do the same, I hope
