    Answers:

    1 & 2. Beach Clip 1 starts after a sort of drum bridge section, which means it's isn't a complete recording of the song. I deduce that the preview clip is the first 30 seconds of the song (as it features the birdsong that was supposed to be at the beginning of UC).
    The second part of the song is not Passengers at all, has clear song and rhythm structures (which are very interesting though). Recent reviews have confirmed the lyrics heard in BC1 and the fact that it has double tracked vocals, which are also present in the clip.

    3. I meant UC is similar to Zooropa in that it has two parts that sound distinct, like Fez-Being Born as well I guess. However I'm not saying that the parts will be half and half, in UC's case it seems like an extended intro.

    Some songs remind me to Snow Patrol and it's a more smooth production, it seems. I don't agree with Gerard about his Bomb-outtakes comment. I think, based on these 30-sec clips, that the overall sound is much different compared to Bomb.

    Clips I most liked were Magnificent, White As Snow, Unknown Caller, Breathe, Fez/Being Born and NLOTH.

    I won't put up a review...I need to hear the entire album first. Anyway, I'm not disappointed.


    I will listen to them in a few hours, and I'm curious. But I will not judge too until I heard the whole thing, and that can't be far away given all these events.

  3. 5th listen and i'm still on the Bomb outtakes front. Especially NLOTH. Boots sounds the best out of the lot for me so far

  6. You're being a bit harsh Gerard, while there are similarities with Bomb, it's definitely not going to be an album of HTDAAB rejects.

    I doubt it will be but near all of thouse clips sound derived from Bomb. Not what I was expecting
