Yeah, it doesn't make sense, but I'm sure it'll all work itself out

    Lol
  2. Does anyone have any idea why U2.com took down the other half of the North American dates? I wonder if there were some errors/changes...For example, they're supposed to play Oct. 19th in Norman, OK and then Oct. 20 in Phoenix, AZ??? That seems REALLY tight to me, and it would be about a 20-hour drive from there to PHX. In fact, those were the only two shows listed with just a one-day turnaround time....

Maybe in a plane it could work faster? I know that sounds silly, but that's probably what they'll do
  4. if i registered for a U2.com Account today, i would still get the pre-sale right?

to be fair im heading for the new york show.also being in the boots category,im hoping that the $50 has got me tickets.

i know it wont be ga tickets after the other presales have gone through.but i expect i,ll be getting tickets on general sale and presale if i can.
  6. I hope to God I'll be able to score some tickets to the Don Valley show.

with most huge tours like this there will be TWO stages/productions. So as the band is playing in Norman, a second crew/stage will be getting assembled in Phoenix.

and as someone stated the band wont be "driving" anywhere, you can bet on that. They along with their on stage crew and such will be flying from to show to show, only the big rigs with the bulky staging and sound equipment travel via buses for tours of this size, and hundreds of the workers are actually local people who are hired for the day

    almost always 9am
  9. I doubt they'll be through Indianapolis, which would be closest to me, so I'm just going to try for Chicago on September 12th. If they come to Indy or Louisville on a later leg, I'll go to those shows, too.

I actually think that Indy has a decent chance. Look at the other cities near Chi, and very few have an outdoor football size stadium. Louisville, Milwaukee, and St. Louis do not, and Lucas Oil is as state of the art as football stadiums get. I may be trying to talk myself into it, but I think there is a decent chance.
  11. That's true...I'm currently a bit outside of Indy, and forgot about Lucas Oil...they could play it, we'll see. If so, I'm definitely going.

Does anyone know if the "On Sale Soon!" notation under the "Public On-Sale" on U2.com means that the tickets will go on sale within the next couple of days? Or will it be later than the 3 concerts with the dates listed? I'm trying to tap into my savings account for this (trying to see if my father can help me out with this, since I'm at college), but I'm not sure if I'll be able to get into it before Friday...and I think I'd be crushed if I didn't get to see them.
  12. Bump, a very important bump for that un-answered question. Lots of people are wondering that on the spanish forums...
