At the end of Vertigo

Only 4 years after having bought 'How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb' did I discover something at the very end of the song Vertigo: someone shouts something I can't figure out and there's another sound I fail to identify.
Has this been talked about here? Anyone else noticed this?

U2wanderer, god bless it's soul, has it down as "Die young". I can't hear anything myself, but I'm using poor headphones.
