1. Would be a smart move, they can promote the album then in the US and hopefully Europe/UK-IE, so they won't have to arrange another tour for that album.

If they do a 3rd leg in Europe, when should they announce that? Anyway, keeping summer holiday plans on hold.

  2. And if it is, they should announce it, cause then i would interrupt going to school, find myself a job, save money and buy as much as possible concert tickets!
No seriously, i don't want this to be their last tour! Not now, not yet, not ever !
  3. If they play arenas again then they'll have to a good few Dublin gigs because The O2 is too small now Don't know if they can put an ellipse is it either?

They could. The O2 can lose a few rows of the front seats to gain more floor space. Who wants an elipse though? Put them on a smallish stage and see how they do.

Was there not a rumour that it would get announced before the Australia/New Zealand started?

Are there seats on the ground floor? Yeh it's actually hard to imagine them on a regular stage now Must be Live 8 since they did something like that now

  8. I knew I was forgetting something
  9. Some dates in Argentina rumoured on u2.com, begin of April.
But my Spanish isn't that good.
  10. Link? I'll translate
  11. Yes, I had read the forum topic but I thought it couldn't be what Peter meant.

Well, the April rumours have been floating around for some time, we've discussed it in the Gira sudamericana 2011 (Rumores y Hechos) thread (entirely in Spanish) for some time. In fact, I posted a complete South American itinerary a few weeks ago:

    25 & 26 march 2011: Santiago de Chile (Chile) - Estadio Nacional
31 march & 1 april 2011: Buenos Aires (Argentina) - Venue to be confirmed
7 & 8 april 2011: São Paulo (Brasil) - Venue to be confirmed

Muse wouldbe the support act for all dates.

Of course it's not official, but U2Chile said it was virtually closed, only official confirmation was left, so...
