Besides, it's not likely U2 will play 3 days in a row here, they always will have a day in between for a break.

Apart from that, those days would suit me well

Seems like it's a matter of days before a tour announcement, I will start collecting some money

3 gigs without a break in Dublin has been reported to so who knows.

  2. Maybe that's something new then, can't recall 3 showdays in a row last tour.
  3. Wonder if Australasia will be last leg again. Hope not but probably so.

  4. The 6th Vertigo-leg was probably the best. It asks for a lot of patience but they will nail all the songs at that point.

You're right, they've had a lot of practice by the last leg, but on the flipside it means we will never get to hear some good songs because other songs come in.

Look at what's happened over the years.

ZooTV: They had dropped Wild Horses, Desire and Ultraviolet by the time they arrived in Oz.

Likewise for Vertigo: No Miracle Drug, Running, Boy songs and others.

  6. I can't see Bono holding up for 3 consecutive high paced stadium gigs.

It would really be a shame if U2 is gonna play the Amterdam Arena once more. They made excuses to the people during the Vertigo about the bad sound. It's a bad sign to the fans if they gonana play there now.

It would be a shame indeed. Although I'm an Ajax-fan, De Kuip would be much more suitable.

  8. For me the same. I'm an Ajax fan, but for concerts I prefer the bathtub over the bathhouse. The sound is sooo bad.

  9. Me neither, highly doubt it. Hope for Bono's sake they will have some breaks.

Unfortunately there is more money to be made in Amsterdam, there's no way any big act from outside Holland will attend Rotterdam for a few nights. Mojo will put them in Amsterdam for sure. I hope it will be Rotterdam myself too, but that's just not making sense. Really hope I'm wrong though, nothing better than U2 playing in De Kuip.

And besides that De Kuip has the problem with the volume, it can't be too loud.

  12. What about Nijmegen, Groningen or Landgraaf (Pinkpop site).

Or The Hague. Just put them on the Malieveld in the city centre, just like the Stones a few years ago.
