1. If they return to Europe, chances are big they'll do Holland again. So if it is no Amsterdam Arena or De Kuip, what would it be then? Ahoy is fantastic, but way too small.

Anyway, a Russian date would be amazing...and they should play Australia and South-America. And probably they'll add Zurich on the European leg..

Goffertpark, Gelredome, Philips Stadion... options enough. No more indoor please

  3. Philips Stadion, oh man
That would be like the closest they ever been to me haha

EDIT: If its true they're playing arenas again in 2010 I see them returning to the Gelredome

  4. Could be. Still a bit too small i think. So it will again be our capital city...

  5. Well, I hope not, the sound is even worse than in the Amsterdam ArenA (imho)

Nope, it isnt like in the Cold War anymore. But the normal man on the street still has no idea of democracy and freedom of speech. Only high politicians and such do.

Of course they have fans there and people know them, but there's still a very small chance they'll ever go there.

I have some friends who live in Russia, and I got to know them through U2 of course I can't tell about people's view in every-day-life and all, but if U2 would decide on playing Moscow, the country would go positively crazy about them and it would be a great chance for us to book a trip over there to visit the country and share the first-time experience of a U2 concert there. Great possibility, I could see myself going there
  7. Somewhere ins eastern europe please, I could not make Zagreb and Chorzow and I am fed up with paying 6 euro for a beer.

I reckon I'd pop over too - why not. Chances of it ever happening are pretty low. But you never know, I never thought they'd play Sarajevo...

If St Petersburg did happen I would do it

  10. Not the best source, but anyway:

    Bono in Zagreb last night:

For all the visitors from out of town - we're going to be back next summer, maybe in your town

  11. Goffert Park is not too small, but it's a park and not a stadium.

In my opinion it's not ncessary to have a stadium so Goffert Park would be a good option.
