  12. U2 always books one date per venue and reserves other dates. I remember at the Vertigo tour the only announced date in Amsterdam was July 13 and when that concert was sold out two other dates came up instantly. They will do it similar this time, only announce one date per venue and when they want, they leave places open for more dates in case it sells out.
