  1. My personal opinion is it's a performance from a soundcheck.You can see the guitars at the front of the stage on the floor, which is an unilkey place to have them during the show.
  2. Here is what I know about this gig. This gig was the first that Arthur Fogel attended he mentioned this in an interview on a website called celebrity access. The show the New Music was filming at the soundcheck and the hosts of the time were Jeannie Beker and JD Roberts. Roberts went on to become a nightly anchor for American news under the name John Roberts. The venue is long gone but at least several websites and oral histories mention this gig.
