    Yep
  2. b4 the clip i thought the let me in the soud bit was the worst bit of the song, now i look forward to it in the clip.
  3. According to the Independent, the video has been delayed, and the youtube clip in the OP has been taken down.

So are there two different videos?
The popart looking one doesn't look to promising from the screenshots. I thought they would have gone with something that looks like the Q mag shoot.
  4. After watching the video for the first time, I like the song a bit more.
Bono looks in great shape and the clip itself is pretty cool - not as good as Beautiful Day or Vertigo's video though. We've been used to the special effects and cool shots for a long time but like Gerard said this was really the band performing in front of a screen.
  5. Download it here whilst you still can man!!! - U2's best Video for me.

    REMOVED THE LINK -
  6. don't really mind -where- they are performing. green screen, desert, airport, whatever lol. looks cool anywhere!
  7. I've watched this several times today and I have to say I love it! It makes me like the song even more. (I was sort of on the fence before). Watermarks, nipples... whatever. I love it.

Much like the song itself, "let me in the sound" is my FAVORITE(!) part of the song - the cracking "glass" the lava exploding from Larry's drum!!!!!!

    kick arse!
  8. It matches the song perfectly, with all of the little transitions from light to dark and the smashing glass part is just right for that bit.

I agree with Gerard, that videoclip really is innovative and cool. I'm not a big fan of this one bands performing in front of animated backgrounds has been done since the 80s.

Pity Life In Technicolour ii is the better single as well.
  10. Cool video
    Bono looks like PopMart-Bono...

Oh, and it looked like Muse's last Black Holes And Revelations Tour...

  11. everything these days has already been done before. it's hard to be still innovative.
and animated puppets (who don't even look like coldplay)? come on, that's not new either.

in fact, I'd be disappointed if u2 made a video like that. I wanna see the band, dammit
