    About the video: I do like it, more now that I'm seeing it in (much) better quality, I'm not a big fan of "band playing" videos and not at all a fan of blue-screen stuff...but it's U2, and the imagery in the back is well done, and I love seeing crazy Bono, so it's good. But...I just can't stand the first few seconds, the "space" part...it's just too cliche, and Bono walking to the camera with that look on his face...

  5. I finally watched the video today...didn't watch more than 2 seconds of the youtube leak. I will say it isn't as bad as I was expecting, reading some of the panning it took here on these boards. But some of it came across as the band shouting "We're relevent! We're still cool!" The bit with Bono smashing that concrete block made me cringe, but the part with the shattering glass I actually liked (especially when the glass under Bono smashed when he slams the mic stand down.)

    Anyone else feel like the references to the One campaign were a little too much?

  8. i've only watched the video twive. Bono tries to leave that all behind with the 'cool' video but the videos riddled with al of his other interests. Worries me for the tour. More preaching assured. Any bets?

  12. I didn't notice any One references except for the bracelet, which could have been left out.....I really wanna see the pop-art version that is apparently out there, that seems like a better idea to me...but the video is by any standard pretty good; definitely out there
