is thier actually out there a complete Vertigo Oslo dvd outstnading footage from what screen shots I have seen of it & a full show from Milan?? that was used in that live dvd from Milan back 2005

Yep, there is an outstanding 11-camera Oslo audience video available somewhere.
And there is not a full Milan DVD available, at least not in pro-shot. Only an audience video.
