1. Yeah I think it's those two at the top followed by White as Snow and then Magnificent.
  2. I love this song, it is my favourite on the album.

the first few listens I was unsure about it and thought the edge needed to turn down his guitar in the verses, but after 15+ listens now it is fantastic. It reminds me of a prevoius song - ACROBAT.

It seems to me to have quite a religous meaning - maybe the unknown caller is god calling to someone that has just had a fatal accident and is lost between the "midnight and dawning" asking him to "go; shout it out; escape yourself; rise up; reboot yourself; password enter here. pointing the way to heaven.

I think this song has the potential to be an epic and great live number, like a bullet the blue sky or until the end of the world, but i would hate to see it end up like acrobat and never played. U2 have never played a whole album over a complete tour, i am struggling to see what songs they may not play from this album. perhaps it will be unkown caller i hope not.

Im thinking White as Snow Cedars or Being Born might not get played. They don't strike me as songs that would be great live but i hope im proven wrong.
  4. for me unkmown caller is a refreshing song, i must say it surprised me, i didn't expect this one.

I hope you're completely wrong, mate. Please. Please, be wrong... (I never used the smiley before hahaha)...

Cedars and Fez can be put out the setlist, but please play Unknown Caller!!!

Don't worry, they'll play it live. It's guaranteed, absolutely no reason why they wouldn't.

It has audience sing a long built in. Maybe it'll be accompanied by Blackberry ads or something.

  7. You mustn't have heard the Beach Clips then.

I just realised that it's the most Achtung Baby sounding song on the album, don't quite know why, perhaps the lyrics or the fact that guitar solo at the end is similar to Acrobat's/LIB's in tone.

  8. Oh. Dear. God. Aaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhh............................
