    - Bono has written Miracle Drug while he was thinking of an old school mate who had a brain disease.
    - U2 also released an album in 1995. It was a colleboration with Brian Eno, and they brought it out under the name 'Passengers'. The title of the album was 'Original Soundtracks No. 1'


  2. No, there are only two masterpieces by general and critical consensus.
    Maybe in 5 years time we can add NLOTH to that list. But not yet

    Though I think it's more around the Pop,Zooropa,ATYCLB second tier.

    I've read something else. According to Wikipedia ATYCLB is definitely seen as one of the highlights in their career, one of the three masterpieces.
    Not trying to convince anybody, not the right topic. Just telling what I've read.

    The Live Aid concert in July 1985 took place in Hyde Park, London which U2 participated in, and critics and audiences rated U2 and Queen's set as the best that day.

    Wide Awake In America, which was taken from the lyrics of Bad, was released with live dub versions of Bad, A Sort of Homecoming and featured two other tracks, Love Comes Tumbling and The Three Sunrises.
