  2. Anything with a 4 or 5 star rating is probably gonna fit your description.

    TV/radio broadcasts like the 1st Twickenham '05 show spring to mind...Sao Paulo aswell. Not so sure re. Elevation boots though...
  3. Buenos Aires, Twickenheim, Vancouver, Sao Paulo for Vertigo and Madison Square Garden (the soundboard lossless, not the afwul lossy matrix). Although South Bend en some Chicago gigs are good too.
