    Bono's voice really wasn't that bad on POPMart. Have you heard an All I Want Is You from POPMart yet? Or Miami? His voice was suited perfectly for those raw screams filled with emotion and adrenalin. Do You Feel Loved on the first night was sung beautifully, and Please was never a let down. In fact, I think that POPMart Sarajevo is one of Bono's greatest moments ever. No other singer can do that. He went out there with no voice at all, and lifted an entire country off it's feet. Being a singer, well, being in a band period is way more than just talent. If you have no soul and no purpose, you will sound terrible, even if you have all the talent in the world.

    I think that she should check out the POPMart section

    But what I'm saying is that his voice wasn't great, yes it suited those songs, AIWIY's best version is from POPMart imo, but Bono is a singer not a screamer. If he went on the Vertigo tour with that voice, it would suck. Sarajevo is a great show, but the audience is really the singer there, not Bono I still love POPMart, and Erica, I suggest you get one

    You present valid points, and I probably shouldn't have emphasized the screams as much as I did. His falsettos for Please are amazing! However, I can't sit here and say that his ZOO TV voice would have suited every tour either lol. (I know that you didn't say this, I'm just using it as an example) That's what is great about U2, they have such diversity, there is just something for everybody.

    Ahh the 90s the only decade where I was normal Sometimes I hear certain songs that do that too and I stap paying attention to everything else lol
