    It is shipped on March 3rd from Amazon and everywhere else.

    Which is partly why I also pre-ordered it on iTunes as well.

    I also find it funny that Turkish and Morrocans are seen as 'foreigners' here, while British, French and Germans are completely welcome...
    Is it the same there? That Mexicans and Puerto Ricans are seen as 'foreign', while Irish and Italians (for instance) are completely welcome?
