    Count your blessings. It may never seem like a lot, but right now, the fact that a freind is trying to help you is a huge blessing. Just remember what you have to be proud of, and how lucky you are to have these blessings. As for your obnoxiousness, ask your freind to tell you that you are obnoxious, when you are not expecting it. The good thing is the fact that you realize it, unlike many other people.
    To the guys who think that you are ugly: fuck them. They were jealous, they were doing what you were doing earlier. They most likely want you...
