  1. They might open one leg with Boots, a la Vertigo, but I suppose NLOTH would be the most logical choice

    BTW I had this great idea for the opening. Complete darkness. Suddenly one single spotlight shines on Larry, sitting behind his drums. He plays the opening to Breathe. Suddenly Edge kicks in (after half a minute or so ).


  4. deffo have to agree although i imagine a new longer start drifting in slowly but Fez- being born is up there with the best on the album. edge is out of site.

    Yeah of course you're right about the first sentence, but I was thinking of the song comparable to the likes of Vertigo for Vertigo Tour. Although Magnificent might also be an openener, come to think of it.
  6. Moment of Surrender could be a great opener. But I think they will start with something faster. No Line would be great

    Or maybe remix of Magnificent on the PA, then U2 comes up and Bono shouts 'Magnificent'. (Elevation style )
  7. Breathe would kick arse, now I think about it...some big build-up á la Pop Muzik or something, or te ZooTV stuff, and then Larry rips into the drum intro.

    nice idea but its going to be in the summer.no darkness,it doesnt get dark until 10 oclock in july.thats half the show.

  9. they should start with popmuzik,then zoostation then virtigo,then nloth.

    that would throw a few people.

    3 gig openers from 3 previous tours.and have loads of archive footage on the screen from all 3 openers rolled into 1.

    that would be good.

  11. The Breathe idea is outstanding, I think they start off with Magnificent segueing into No Line. I think boots is likely to open the encore, discotheque style
  12. Magnificent or NLOH!

    It will be very interesting as to how they are going to place these new tunes with the past tunes. How will they merge and flow.. Oh , so exciting!!
