As long as the band continue to produce quality songs and quality tours I just don't care if it is sponsored. That's just my opinion. If it makes the tickets cheaper then I am all for it. Imagine what this tour will cost! Sponsorship is logical, and common. I don't know about the ethical side of Blackberry, but I doubt that they are much worse than most companies.
To call U2 hypocritical because they want sponsorship, with the argument that they are rich enough already... It sounds like some people think that a tour such as this costs a few millions to put on. Hey, I think U2 should perform for free, they're so rich!
