1. No problem with pissing if you're with at least one friend.

    Dublin 1 wasn't so organized...but I got where I wanted, so I can't really complain.

The chart I used to purchase my tickets showed no funny red zones, just the field as all GA. If that ism't the case then fuck them.

    Yes I so remember that...
I think Cat Deeley was the only person in there.
  4. Hi all, I apologize for digging out this thread, but just to be sure from what I read here:

I have GA tickets, so if I arrive in the morning of the show (entrance in stadium allowed around 5h30pm right?), I´ll have serious chances of getting in the ellipse / innercircle, which is this blue area I painted right?

    Just 2 other things:

    1. Is it a rule that has happened in every concert, that first people who arrive and gain their place inside the ellipse, are marked with wrist bands?!

    2. Is it true these lucky fellows have access to their own bathrroms, bars?

Thanks in advance for any answer you may give.

The rules for camping out and lining up for GA are different for every venue, so keep an eye on the info coming out of the various forums. Generally arriving at 0530am will get you a good spot wherever you want to be. They have been wristbanding everyone in the GA and then second bands (I think not in every venue) for the pit. But there's no bathroom/bar/special stuff for the pit. It's the Red Zone (which is NOT the pit) that has all its own facilities.
  6. Thank you so much for the reply!

    Mostly it's what I thought.
I guess the blue area in the picture really is the ellipse right?
    That's where I wanna be.

I'm going to attend the local show here in Portugal, which is only about a year from now.
But I'll be watching out for any info.

I've seen lots of people say this about red zone ticket holders and it simply isn't true. I have a red zone ticket and I am not rich by any stretch of the imagination. I simply like the concept of donating to a charity and seeing U2 live. The location is only a plus. I'm sure there are plenty of less than wealthy fans sitting in the red zone, too.
  8. I had Redzone for Brussel II.
I didn't even stay standing there when I saw I could walk easily in the circle.
I managed to get almost for Bono's nose.
Kinda felt bad against the people who had been waiting the whole day to get in that circle.
I have done that aswell, but ahh well.. I payed big time for that Redzone ticket so
  9. Well, the RED zones are not relly great spots. If you are willing to stay long enough outside the stadium (the afternoon is usually enough), you willl get much much better spot. So the RED zones are pretty much either for those who really want to donate or for those who don't care about the money and don't want to wait. Snobs usually, I would say, but surely there is a lot of people with good intentions too. It is quite fair, that they get not-so-bad places, but in no respect great. The RED zones are not too big, so there are always thousnads of fans with much better view.
