I can't help you that much because I don't know how TicketMaster works actually. I just can call them to ask if you can change the delivery dates to send the tickets to another place (you said you have a brother in England, didnt you?)... Or maybe I can pick up the tickets here in Spain and deliver them to Poland by myself... But I don't know if they will refund you that 40 euros, I don't think that will happen.
