Spock's Beard's "Snow" and Neal Morse's "Testimony" are very good.

Morse's "One" and "Lifeline" have been released as Special Edition 2CDs with full bonus CDs of additional studio songs, partly self- written, partly covered. The "One" SE for example contains a version of "Streets". Mike Portnoy from Dream Theater on Drums. Worth the money. Great stuff.
