RTSS is in D, although they play it live in Db (if you wanna get technical) - I often play it in C in a similar 'arrangement' to how Bono snippets it at the end of One (2001-07-24 Zurich, Switzerland - Hallenstadion), but that and the ones Dan suggested are definitely good á capella songs. I'd also throw AIWIY into the ring for that matter. Generally, any of their slower, more mellow ones work well I guess. To be honest, you could play it in any key you want, it's your call - Ewan McGregor played it in E when he played/sang it on 'Long Way Down'...
