  1. Hi !!


    As you know, there are two good sources of the last tuesday's concert in Barcelona, the one taped by Fortylicks and the one taped by Macphisto.

    The first is almost an excellent audience, but it lacks some strength to my ears (and to some people else's too), sound is very clear but it lacks bass and is weak, moreover the volume is very very low. And the second one is more raw, less clear and therefore has less overall quality, but it has some great mixing of instruments (bass comes much clearer) and more volume.



    I've mixed both sources to substitute the audio of one of my videos, and the result was BETTER than the sum of its parts; both sources were mixed at 50% of the volume, that can be changed too. It's only the solo and the final part of Moment Of Surrender, but it gives you an idea of how the matrix could sound like. I didn't put all my efforts either, it can sound slightly better if I put enought ime on it.

    I want your opinion, in case you like it a lot I will do the effort of editing the whole concert. If not, I will edit the highlights of the show and keep them for private use, and maybe wait for a remaster of the fortylicks source

  3. Whoa, seriously great job. Though hers a bit of echo. Not sure if its from source or both sources overlapping few ms. But awesome quality and enough punch and clarity to fully enjoy it

It's very good...my only question is if you can get some sort of a filter or bass boost on there that would bring Adam up to the level of the rest of the band that doesn't distort the sound of the rest of the recording...but the rest of it sounds excellent, would probably bump the rating up to a 4.5 or 5.

  6. There is another source up know on u2torrents. I will upload the lossless files for you tonight if it is any good

    If you merge all files together than speedcorrections should be relatively easy (except if the speed is variable).


    And yes of course i want a matrix of that amazing show

    EDIT: Better source IMO.
