  4. Does anyone else have a problem with the site? I get an error clicking on several links. I get this error:


    "SORRY, WE CAN'T FIND THE PAGE YOU'RE LOOKING FORYou may be trying to reach a file from an old URL. Please use the Navigation above to find the content on the new site."


    I was thinking about subscribing in order to access the presale next week, but I keep getting the error when I click 'subscribe' on U2.com.

    So:

    - Brussels IS mentioned.
    - Do they mean excisting subsribers too?

    Looks to me like you do get a pre-sale code if you re-suscribe:

    Q - As a current subscriber, if I re-subscribe to U2.com for another 12 months now, I understand I will be sent a new unique presale ticketing code enabling me to buy up to FOUR tickets for 2010 shows. I still have part-use of my earlier code, which I can use against any future shows in North America. Can I use these two codes in a new single transaction in presales for 2010 shows?
    A- No. If you have two codes sent to you, because you have re-subscribed but had not used up your allocation on your first code, you will need to use these in separate ticketing transactions. Note: re-subscribing more than once will not give you additional codes.

    Anyway, heres hoping as I went and renewed yesterday....

    My subscription started last March, so renewal of it is not relevant for me yet.
    Therefore I cannot use the presale code for the upcoming gigs since I already used it for the past European gigs.

    is this correct?

    My questions are:

    Do I receive automatically a new presale code for the upcoming gigs?

    or

    Do I have to wait until next March to renew my subscription, and receive a new presale code then? I'm probably gonna be too late since ticket sales start much earlier.

    or

    Do I need to make a complete new subscription to U2.con to receive the presale code?
  12. This is the way I understand it, although U2.com isn't all that clear on this issue:

    - No. You have to renew/suscribe

    or

    Do I have to wait until next March to renew my subscription, and receive a new presale code then? I'm probably gonna be too late since ticket sales start much earlier.

    - No. You can renew now and get the "Remix" CD and a presale code. I renewed yesterday and according to the mail I got I will be receiving the "Remix" CD. I would assume from the FAQ's quoted earlier that a presale code is to follow.

    or

    Do I need to make a complete new subscription to U2.con to receive the presale code?

    - No, you just need to renew.

    Note that this is just my view on this, so please don't slash my tires if this goes tits up
