For this reason, I hope "Acrobat" remains unplayed. It should be played at the final concert U2 ever give, on some "farewell" tour or what-have-you. But never consistently. Then what will we have to hold on to like that?

Drowning Man?
Possibly Red Mining Town? If Bono couldn't hit the notes in '87, it would be quite interesting (not necessarily in a good way) for him to go at it now.
I agree. Acrobat should remain as it is (not played) unless they plan to do some Achtung Baby celebration show...wouldn't THAT be cool.

I was never "hanging on" to Drowning Man to get played. Once it was soundchecked and all that, it would have been cool to hear, but simply for the statistics as far as I'm concerned. I'm happy they didn't give it a solid slot like they did TUF. Same with Scarlet. Do you REALLY care that that's in the setlist? Or is it just "cool" that they're bringing back an old tune like that for nostalgia? I suppose Red Hill would be really really cool. I'm with you on that. Would love to have heard it live back in 87 though.

Drowning Man would work in a spot in the setlist where they roated three or four songs from show to show. Possibly in a spot where they play Stay, Stuck, or Staring at the Sun.
The Unforgettable Fire most certainly deserved/warranted its return and it's a damn shame they dropped it completely in 2010/2011. It should at least have been rotated with (obvious choices) Bad and/or A Sort of Homecoming.

And yes, ASOH should be in that middle-portion of the set. It would be grand. I always also used to put it as a snippet before Streets, like how they used to do "40" or "All I Want is You" out of "Bad" on the Elevation Tour...but instead, Bono would be calling out, "Tonight, we'll build a bridge, across the sea and land...", etc, until The Edge chimed in with the Streets hook.
