Just watching sky sports news (UK sports satellite channel) and after the draw for the champions league (football/soccer) qualifier, (Glasgow) Celtic will be at home to Arsenal on the same night as U2 play at Glasgow's Hampden Park, this is a big match as it is two UK teams playing in major competition,

There is no issue fregarding the use of stadiums, as Celtic's ground is different to where the U2 gig is but the local police have issues with two major events in Glasgow the same evening, so the football match might be moved to the Wednesday night.

There is of course no doubt regarding the staging of the U2 gig, however it was great to see pictures of U2 on a sports channel.

Any U2 fans travelling a long distance to Glasgow should book their hotels now.
