1. Anyone bid on the new Red Zone auctions? I bid yesterday for the 14th with a currently winning bid, but have received no confirmation e-mail and it says I have no current bids in my Ticketmaster profile , anyone else with the same problem??

    I have already tried without success to speak to someone at TM !!

  5. I have Red Zone tickets for both nights and have been receiving regular emails updating me on where to go etc etc, plus I can see my bid history at Ticketmaster.

    Like Remy says if you have not been receiving updates or cannot see your bids then phone ticketmaster asap!

  6. I did bid again, took a print of the screen that said I was wining the auction, but for the second time there is no bid in my profile and also no e-mail.
    As the previous poster says there should be a bid in my bid history

    is it possiblle that your email system is putting the eamils from ticketmaster into a spam folder?
  8. Checked my spam, there is nothing, it's more worrying that it says on my TM account that I have no current bids ! aaaargh !
  9. well, as has already been said above, safest way would be to call ticketmaster right away and clear it out on the phone with someone there. good luck!!
