1. When do they start rehearsal? what about soundchecks? here´s what I think will be regular:

    Get on your boots
    No line on the horizon
    Breathe
    Magnificent
    Beautiful Day
    One
    I still haven´t found
Sometimes you can´t make it on your own
    Stay or eventually Drowning man
    Unknown caller
    Unforgettable fire
    City of blinding lights
    Vertigo
Gone or eventually Stand up comedy
    Sunday Bloody Sunday
    Pride
Where the streets have no name
    One
    Walk on

    Ultra violet
    I´ll go crazy tonight
    Moment of surrender
    Love is Blindness

Just standard..of course there would be rotation...and i have a feeling they´ll bring back love is blindness
  2. Just read that one of the NY shows has been rescheduled. Imagine you travel for this gig, hope it doesn't affect too many.

If they're not gonna play anything from Pop in Europe where it was much more well received there is no chance in hell they play anything from it in America.

Agree. I really hope they bring back LIB.

Yeah.. i thought about that but then i remembered all that "POPMART" encore that was rehearsed for some vertigo shows of the third leg...there was even discotheque with pop musik live in toronto....i think there is hope!!!!
  6. I wish they'd at least acknowledge Pop's existance, especially given that this tour is their most 90's-ish in a decade or so.

having said that, the setlist is really good as it is, even if it's a bit hits-laden.

oh, and Heartland plz (Rattle & Hum being a homage to America and all that).

Ill be in toronto for both shows this tour, and would love a revival of that concept again, but i'm not hopeful

And Mofo was meant to be played in late 2005 in North America too, don't forget.

All I Want Is You > Staring At The Sun > Crazy Tonight would be a good mix.

They've played Discotheque in Toronto on the past two tours so I'm hoping they go 3 for 3.

  10. Yes the september 25th show will be on september 23th. If you have tix for the 25th they will be honored on the 23th. Hey I got a question where do we meet as the group thingy we are doing?
  11. Interesting discussion.

If I had the power to create the set for Chicago II (which will be my sole show) then:

Full electric All I Want is You would be in for With or Without You. Bad and Until the End of the World would be locks (and I am hopeful given that at I going to the second night in the same city), and for a wild card a surprise return for Exit which was imho was the best thing on the Joshua tree tour.

  12. I think they will bring back All I Want Is You for cities they have more than one show in, at the very lest using it as a snippet with ISHFWILF. I also think we'll get something from Boy in North America - either Electric Co., I Will Follow, or Out of Control. Would LOVE for I Threw A Brick Through A Window/A Day Without Me, though that ain't happening.
