1. Haha, actually heard The Ocean for the first time now. Did nothing special to me

  2. it doesn't work for me either. I even tried and listened to it while sitting right at the ocean, actually... not even there it did

  3. Don't be embarrassed, I'm with ya. If nothing else its a cool segue between songs. Doesn't stand alone.
  4. I love The Ocean, not that much on the album, but I enjoy it soooo much when played live. Led Zeppelin's The Ocean is a great song too

LZ's is wayyyy better than U2s....the version on that Led Zeppelin crop-circle DVD, I believe during the Madison Square Garden portion, is unreeeeeeeeeeeeeal m/

EDIT: I've noticed that the "rocker" symbol doesn't work on here...the backslash disappears so it's just the m/....funny quirk
  6. Just started giving this concert some backing vocals
  7. The interesting part will be my voice tomorrow, today my voice is good. Tomorrow it will probably be shit after singing a lot without any warm-up!

And I'm supposed to write a song with my almost-girlfriend on Saturday Hope my voice will not get shot from this concert
  8. 'I guess it demonstrates the idea that nothing focusses a creative mindset more than a hard deadline.'

I think we all know who should be taking this advice.
  9. Bono's speech in the WTSHNM intro on Vertigo is so awesome! I have gotten the felling that I'm probably alone in liking "african streets" though.
  10. I'm going through thread after thread on every U2 related forum, reading GA tips, experiences, best spots, how to get them, etc....getting soooo pumped and excited for U2 in July. SOLDIER FIELD, BABY!

Now I'm gonna be hyped up all day
