The one I would cut out would be 'Go around Europe by Train'.
Because if you go to NYC or San Fransisco, depending on when you are going, you might be able to get tickets to see U2 at the time you are going. Also, Oxegen Festival's line-up looks pretty good this year. So between the three.
When are you thinking of going to NYC or San Fran?
