1. I like the first song on it. Uprising or something like that - I've been getting into a lot of other stuff lately. More blues and folk than anything with a bit of metal.
  2. Most of Muse's work is better than The Resistance. I recommend you to get Origin Of Symmetry and Absolution; the latter is one of the best albums of the just finished decade, and the former is an amazing compilation of indie-weird-rockers that kick ass. Very hard.

I know they're an amazing band but I just can't get into them. I'm going to try though...I have to.

    H.A.A.R.P is a bad choice?

I play guitar, piano and sing. And I have a harmonica that I don't know how to play, but sometimes I do anyway.

I tried notes once and never really understood them. I recorded a couple of songs last night but embarassed for anyone to hear them as I try to hit the higher notes (like operatic) and can't quite reach them as well as I'd like to. I gotta keep at it though.

Yep, wanted to take up harmonica and saw one one day and thought I gotta try that. Still working out a few songs and maybe a few originals too.

Cool! Maybe we could hear something one day?

I could read notes back when I played flute when I was nine or something.

The singing or harmonica to hear? We've a flute around here somewhere, maybe I should try it.

  8. Flute kinda sucks to play I think

I'm thinking about buying all three of those Muse albums/live-cd+dvds, hard to resist for 13 pounds for all of them.

I'm gonna try and take up guitar sometime soon anyway. If I get too attached to the flute, then I'll not want to give that up.
  10. Guitar is the best instrument
  11. I agree about guitar, it's the most versatile instrument
