1. Yeah, I hope I will do it.

    You will!!!

Hah, really? My brother had admin rights back when he was at school. He also made half the website.

Yep. And it was funny at the time but it also taught me something important: never tell someone who's mum is involved in school administration.

It's hard to learn when even they don't know what they are talking about. Copying out of a text book and putting it in a powerpoint is absoutely useless. There is no way you can learn that way.

You can learn if it's up there and know certain things, but you don't really know how whatever it is you're learning about works.

Yeah, it looks very complicated when you first look at it, but you'll eventually get it. Weird to this, but it's actually quite fun to do.

I'll have to take a look because I'd like to see it.

Yeah, it is. Girls are the worst, definitely. I know a few of them that are complete bitches and we then don't like each other anymore. Thankfully not all girls are like that, because you do get some very friendly ones.

Very well done on the 10,000. I'm now away to post on that thread you just opened!

You get some great people and you know you can trust them which is good - I know I did but half the people I met at school if I saw them in the street I wouldn't give them my time because they were arseholes, and arseholes don't deserve respect if they're going to be arseholes their entire life and expect people to like their arsehole-ish behavior. I can't roll with that.

Thanks for posting there too. I almost didn't come back after two posts because all I wanted was a show recording but got it and then I stayed because more people registered and instead of like 200 people and members, most of who didn't post, there's over 40 000!!!

Well, I must be off for early sleep - working tomorrow and interested to know what the project is. I've no idea but who knows, it might be interesting.
  2. Congrats again, Drew, see you at 20.000

I'll post a couple of pictures on Twitter and show you what normalisation is like.

Yeah, I know some great people, and I can tell them alot of things without them spreading it to others, and that's because they are trustworthy friends.

Ha yeah, I just came here for the Dublin 93 recording. I downloaded that, posted on the forum once, then went away. Came back about 3 months later to get the Dublin show I went to on 360 and I've stayed here ever since. On here everyday because it's such a great site. A brilliant community here.

Have a good night's sleep. A bit early for you, isn't it?
  4. That's mostly everyone's story. All of us came in order to get a show or two in MP3, and later stayed forever.

I came in search of a new community (I'm user number 351) where no one felt superior to anyone. True story
  5. Just came home from school... sooooo tired. The heat, the longest day of the week, lack of water... religion class

Well, I made a one litre smoothie for myself

That's the main thing I think. There's no difference between crew and members really, all it is is the colour of the name. I can't even remember when I joined. I assume it was for the Dublin gig I went to. Then I noticed the forum and I've been checking it religiously ever since
  7. I really have the most relax school times of all time I guess.
    Monday: Free
    Tuesday: Free
    Wednesday: 4 hours at school
    Thursday: Free
    Friday: 2 houts

Especially with the nice wheater here at the moment
  8. Anyone remember this?

  9. I just heard the worst version of Bad I've ever heard, and it was still awesome.

  10. Glasgow 1984-11-06, Bono skips the first sets of wide-awakes I was very disappointed when they never came, felt like it was building up for them a few times, and they didn't come.

That's a very good bootleg that. At the famous Barrowland Ballroom in Glasgow. Great venue, voted the 2nd best in Europe.

Listen to the show that was the night before in Edinburgh. Amazing show, ecstastic audience, decent sound.
