Working on an idea for a song that I have.... "You Make My Days", trying to figure out which key I want it in and all of that.

Ah, sounds good. I know absoutely nothing about keys or scales. Going to try and get better at music & guitar during the Summer anyway.

I don't know much of the theory behind keys and scales, but I have some of it naturally.

Well, the very basic. I can hear if something is in major or minor, know a bit about keys and scales, but I've forgotten some of it, so I guess 'til it sounds good and then I sometimes check after that, and then it's usually correct. And I can hear if someone is out of key, and hear a key change.

Ah right, I see. I really want to learn about it because I have a couple of friends who know about this stuff and when they talk about it, I'm just like
