    Singing is fun Just had a friend here and we did some recording First time ever for him that he heard himself sing He was a bit shocked, but we all were the first time, huh?

    Yeh, my voice while im singing sounds alright to me, but when i listen back it sounds completly different And wenever i start to randomly sing my sister quickly reminds me of this
  4. It takes some getting used to. But I've gotten used to mine and now consider myself a decent singer. But in my head, I'm an excellent singer
  5. Yep, hearing yourself, whether it's a music recording, a conversation or whatever, is shocking the first times. Some never get used to it, I finally have. Still don't like my voice tone you all hear, I prefer the one that I hear in my ears... but that happens to everyone too

    The thing I won't ever get used to is to hear myself with a delay... have you experienced it? The longer the delay, the more you get distracted by your own voice and the more mistakes you make, I even lose track of what I was saying/singing and just have to shut up. It's horrible, I hate it.

    Singing with monitors is better.
