1. By the way, since this is a general chat and one can't go offtopic here, I thought I could throw this here too

(copied from the U2start member photos #2 thread)

By the way, I'll take a small license and post this, which is not exactly a photo and therefore doesn't match 100% the subject of this thread..... oh anyway, who cares

Warning : JUST FOR FUN, I'm not a great musician and I probably will never be... but I just wanted to have some fun

This is a medley of 25 songs that share this same chord progression: C, G, Am and F.
A friend of mine and I have a list of about 80 or 85 songs that use this chords, but they all obviously can't fit on a 10 minutes video; therefore I chose 25 (I improvised a bit more after Stand By Me, which was meant to be the final song, and the result was a 28 songs medley - anyway) of them. I will record and upload a medley of another different 25 or 30 songs soon ;-)

    This are the songs:

Billie The Vision & The Dancers - Summercat
Black Eyed Peas - Where Is The Love?
    Natalie Imbruglia - Torn
    Alicia Keys - No One
U2 - With Or Without You / Shine Like Stars (snippet)
Joy Division - Love Will Tear Us Apart
    Alphaville - Forever Young
Tom Jones - It's Not Inusual
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Under The Bridge
    Mike Oldfield - Moonlight Shadow
The Killers - Mr. Brightside / For Reasons Unknown+Smile Like You Mean It+Forget About What I Said (medley)
    Muse - Starlight
Counting Crowes - Accidentally In Love
Richard Marx - Right Here Waiting For You
Bob Marley - No Woman No Cry
The Beatles - Let It Be
Simon & Garfunkel - Mrs. Robinson
Maroon 5 - She Will Be Loved
    James Blunt - You're Beautiful
The Cure - Boys Don't Cry
    Aerosmith - Don't Wanna Miss A Thing
The Killers - When You Were Young
Ben E. King - Stand By Me
    Lighthouse Family - High
Bob Marley - Three Little Birds
    Jason Mraz - I'm Yours

    Enjoy, thanks for listening ;-)

  3. Sergio, i flippin loved this . Great skills and I loved the singing, I'm not just saying it either, great stuff

The Killers parts were class, especially Forget ABout What I Said
  4. Dennis Hopper has just lost his battle to terminal prostate cancer.

    He was 74.

The man is clear in his mind, but his soul is mad.

  5. Sergio, that was amazing, and your voice is nothing less than beautiful. It fits over an acoustic guitar so well. Brilliant, brilliant medley.
  6. Thank you all, people, thanks a lot... You almost make me appreciate my "skills"

    Thanks

  7. Ok, I have heard it already, just didn’t know it was the Belgian’s eurovisions song, it’s quite good I admit
  8. Avoiding the eurovision thing; watching Pinkpop on tv instead!

  9. According to my mom and dad, the act of Spain was the climax of the festival (and the festival's not over yet)

  10. Yay Ireland.. 25 points.. Epic fail really I used my night to learn Under The Bridge though Success
