1. When the band walked thru the back of the stadium in Chicago II, '09, I could see them from my seats and did the Beatles-at-Shea-Stadium screaming and practically crying, shaking the fans around me.

When the band was shown on the screen walking out to Space Oddity a few weeks ago, I did the same thing.

Something just comes over me. I tear my hair out, I can't help it. It's like every minute of every hour of every day that I'm NOT at a U2 show culminates to that moment. That night. I get to let it all out.

  2. i wonder how crazy i'll go when i finally get to see U2 live

Ah the daysof u2start, even back in 2006. Amazing times.

I remember that too. And I'm still wondering which of the two "No Line"'s the best. I definitely can't really choose.
  4. It's the most uplifting and intense experience you'll ever have, Olof.

Yeah I remember that too. It was a saturday night, and I did not go to a party in my hall of residence just because of the show - and thanks to Kieran, who told me how to use it. Thank you again for this btw

No problem Thib. You miss a party!? That's dedication!
  7. why the fuck did they play gothenburgh two months before i became a fan
  8. Or The Netherlands.....

I only went to one U2 show and I dont even remember the most of the night.
  9. They played the Vertigo Chicago show that "Discotheque" was played at a few months before I was a huge fan. Got offered free tickets, to go with my dad as a birthday present, and I turned them down because I knew they'd have been expensive and I wasn't "that into them" yet.

  10. Yep, there was no hesitation between that party and THE setlist party with an official stream !
  11. It's a near-spiritual awakening. To have Adam Clayton in front of you for a full minute looking directly at you is something else....

Beautiful outside right now. I'm heading off for a while but I'll try to be back later.
  12. Speaking of streams I hope there's one for Saturday. U2.com please sort us out with a little webcast so Kieran can sort us out with a proxy.
