  1. I love it. And I mean that I really LOVE it. A masterpiece of a movie in my opinion. Besides the obvious funny-vs-sad surface, there's a big amount of subtle references to other things like decadence, fight for success, fake love, redemption through work, failure and many others. And all of it wrapped up with a great scent of absurd and surrealistic humour that I also adore. I love Pequeña Miss Sunshine
  2. I enjoyed it & I thought it was really good, but I didn't "really LOVE it". There is some great acting in it, also has a great storyline to it. It does have a good mix between humour & the depression that surfaces throughout the movie.

    It is a very good, very funny movie.

    I feel like I'm the only one on this forum who doesn't watch an enormous amount of movies.

    You're not the only one. I don't watch a lot of them at all, maybe only one each week or even less. I choose them carefully and that's why I end up liking them all

    I watch TV series instead


  7. I watch a tonne of TV series these days. Just finished S1 of "The Walking Dead" and am now half-way through "The Pacific."

  12. Just heard a story about Bono on the radio. From one of Sweden's most famous chefs. Bono is apparently very interested in old boats, so the guy who was on radio took him on a walk in the harbour outside the restaurant here in Gothenburgh where there are a lot of old boats. A photographer from one of the newspapers took a picture of them. After that he went home, and Bono went back to finish his meal.

    Next morning the picture of them was on the front page of the paper, and a guy from a boat nearby came into the restaurant to get some coffee, and told him that someone had come to his and his friends' boat yesterday and asked if he could look around a bit. He thought he was English or something. It ended with them drinking whiskey, passing the guitar around and singing songs. He asked if he knew who it might've been, the newspaper was showed to him. And he said "damn, it was him. I just said to my friend that he must've been an artist 'cause he was damn good".

    B-man is awesome.
